The consultative ballot on the employers’ (UCEA) final offer on the ‘Four Fights’ dispute opened on Friday 10 July and you should by now have received an email from Civica Election Services containing your unique link to vote in the e-ballot (with subject line: ‘UCU consultative ballot’). Thank you to all those who have voted so far. 

If you have not yet received this email, please check your spam/junk folder and if you still cannot find it you can request a replacement by clicking on this link and entering your details on the online form.

A small number of members have reported receiving an error code (‘CES0002’) when they attempt to vote. We believe this relates to an over zealous security filter which in these cases is triggering the code. The scrutineer has amended the Civica voting website in order to resolve this. Members who have been affected are asked to close and restart their internet browser (you may need to clear your browser cache) before trying again. Please report it on the replacement request form if you still have trouble voting. We will ensure that all eligible members are able to vote.
